Your role at HMotion
- You are responsible for planning the training of our national and international customers – including the associated services – and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our business mission.
- You always keep an eye on the utilization of our simulators and coordinate our flight instructors as well as external service providers.
- You create training documents for customized training courses and organize the smooth implementation of training courses on site.
- You are not only a professional contact person (m/f/d) for our customers, but also for our training partner companies.
- You support our customers with invoicing and audit reviews.
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training or a degree.
- You have already gained some experience in looking after customers and/or organizing events.
- You have a very good command of English and German.
- You describe yourself as extremely customer-orientated and have a hands-on mentality.
- Thanks to your organizational talent, you keep an overview over everything.

Your role at HMotion
- Day-to-day technical management of the FSTD operation in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, manufacturer requirements, and ensuring compliance with the procedures described in the manual.
- Determine applicability of official documentation (ADs/ ASBs and SBs) and ensure implementation if so required.
- Ensuring legal employment requirements (e.g. safety training) are complied with.
- Coordination of actions and activities across departments.
- Provide support with regards to all technical problems involving FSTD’s ensuring proper reporting and adequate follow-up of occurrences within agreed time lines.
What you bring with you
- Aerospace Engineering degree
- Solid knowledge of EASA FSTD requirements and related technical standards e.g. CS-FSTD(H), gained by training and/ or experience
- Experience in a Management role, gained by training and/ or experience
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Very good written and spoken English; German and/ or other languages an advantage
