About us

HMotion is a joint venture between Airbus Helicopters and ADAC HEMS Academy and combines the best of two worlds: the data and knowledge of Airbus as the helicopter manufacturer with the experience of ADAC Luftrettung, a world-renowned helicopter operator.

Our mission:

• Provide our customers with high quality training solutions to ensure continuous
  fleet availability
• Enhance safety in flight operations by conducting training and critical flight situations on state of the art and fully certified simulators under the supervision of highly experienced instructors.

As a first step, HMotion has taken over the full-flight simulators from the Airbus Helicopters site in Donauwörth and the ADAC HEMS Academy in Bonn-Hangelar, and has since relocated them to Oberpfaffenhofen. The new state-of-the-art training center in Oberpfaffenhofen opened in July 2025 to consolidate all resources.
